Leucists

Leucists lack melanocytes. The underlying skin is pink, the upper skin is white!
There are only a few pigments in the area close to the brain that are directly related to the central nervous system. For example, the eyes (blue/black or light blue) on the head or neck. A weakened form of leucism is piebaldism.
